What types of clothing do you offer?
SLK SHOP offers a selection of women's clothing: jackets, trousers, dresses, tops, sets, and much more. Our selection evolves regularly according to our inspirations.
Are the clothes suitable for veiled women?
Yes. Part of our selection is designed for women who are looking for more modest outfits. Being veiled myself for several years, this attention is naturally part of the SLK SHOP world. However, our shop remains intended for all women.
How do I choose my size?
Most of our items are offered in one size. However, sizes may vary according to the models. We therefore invite you to carefully consult the product page before ordering, where information regarding the size is specified.
Are the colors exactly as they appear in the photos?
We do our best to present the colors as faithfully as possible. However, their appearance may slightly vary depending on the lighting, shooting conditions, or your screen settings.
How do I know the composition of a garment?
The composition and essential information regarding each item are indicated directly on its product page when available.

How do I place an order?
Add the desired items to your cart, then click on “Checkout”. Then follow the different steps to enter your information and finalize your payment.
How do I know if my order has been processed?
After your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email at the address provided during your purchase. Remember to check your spam folder if you do not receive it.
Which payment methods do you accept?
The available payment methods are indicated at the time of finalizing your order on our shop.

When will my order be shipped?
We prepare and ship your order within 2 to 4 business days after it has been validated.
How can I track my order?
When a tracking number is available, it is sent to you by email to allow you to follow the delivery of your package.
What should I do if my package seems to be late?
If your package seems to be experiencing a delay, we invite you to check the tracking information sent by email. If you need help, contact our customer service at contact.slkkshop@gmail.com with your order number.

Can I return an item?
Yes. You have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to inform us of your wish to return an item.
Who covers the return costs?
The return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
In what condition must the item be returned?
The item must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original condition, with any labels and accessories attached.
How do I request a return?
Contact our customer service within 14 days of receiving your order, indicating your order number and the items concerned. We will then provide you with the procedure to follow.
When will I receive my refund?
Once the return is received and inspected, the refund is processed in accordance with the conditions indicated in our returns and refunds policy.
