GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern sales made on the SLK SHOP website to consumers.

By placing an order on our shop, the customer acknowledges having read these GTC and accepts them prior to validating their order.

2. Products

SLK SHOP offers women's clothing and fashion items for sale.

Each product page presents the essential characteristics of the product, particularly when relevant: model, color, material, size, and specific information.

Photographs are presented with the greatest care in order to represent the products as faithfully as possible. However, slight color differences may appear depending on the settings and characteristics of the screen used.

Most of our items are offered in one size, when indicated on the product page. We invite every customer to carefully consult the information available on the product page before ordering.

3. Prices

The prices displayed on the site are indicated in euros (€).

The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of order validation.

Any delivery charges are indicated to the customer before final validation of the order.

SLK SHOP reserves the right to change its prices at any time. Any price change will have no effect on an already validated order.

 

4. Ordering

The customer selects the items they wish to purchase and adds them to their cart.

Before validating their order, the customer can check the contents of their cart, product characteristics, quantities, delivery address, and total price, and correct any errors.

The order is definitively validated after confirmation of payment.

Validation of the order implies an obligation to pay.

An order confirmation is sent by email to the address provided by the customer.

5. Payment

Payment is made online via the payment methods offered on the site at the time of ordering.

The order is prepared after confirmation of payment.

In the event of a payment issue, the order may not be validated.

Before validating their order, the customer can check the contents of their cart, the information provided, and the total amount of their order, and correct any errors before proceeding to payment.

 

6. Preparation and shipping

SLK SHOP prepares orders with care.

Orders are prepared and handed over to the carrier within 24 to 48 hours after order validation, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Once the order is handed over to the carrier, a tracking number is provided to the customer when tracking is available.

The delivery time then depends on the carrier and the delivery method selected when ordering.

The applicable delivery time or date is communicated to the customer before order validation, in accordance with applicable legal provisions.

 

7. Delivery

The order is delivered to the address provided by the customer when ordering.

The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the delivery information provided when ordering.

In the event of an error in the address provided, the customer must contact SLK SHOP as soon as possible.

SLK SHOP cannot, however, guarantee that an address can be changed once the order has already been shipped.

In the event of a delivery issue, the customer can contact our customer service with their order number.

 

8. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with French regulations applicable to distance selling, the consumer customer has a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the goods to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify their decision.

To exercise this right, the customer must inform SLK SHOP of their decision to withdraw before this period expires.

After informing SLK SHOP of their decision, the customer must return the product.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you can send us an email at contact.slkkshop@gmail.com within 14 days from receipt of your order.

In order to process your request quickly, please include the following in your email:

• Full name
• Order number
• Order date
• Date of receipt
• Product(s) concerned
• Reason for return request
• Email address used when ordering

9. Return conditions

For a return made under the right of withdrawal, items must be returned in a condition that allows them to be resold.

We specifically request that items be:

• unworn;
• unwashed;
• undamaged;
• returned with any labels, packaging, and accessories.

The customer may handle and try on the garment to the extent necessary to verify its nature, characteristics, and proper functioning. Their liability may be incurred in the event of depreciation resulting from handling beyond what is necessary.

 

10. Return costs

When exercising the right of withdrawal, the direct return costs are the responsibility of the customer, provided that this information has been communicated to them before the sale is concluded.

The customer may use the carrier of their choice.

We strongly recommend using a service that allows you to track the package and keep proof of shipment until the return is received.

 

11. Refund

In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, SLK SHOP will refund the sums paid by the customer in accordance with applicable legal provisions.

The refund includes initial standard delivery charges, under the conditions provided by regulations. Additional costs resulting from the choice of a delivery method more expensive than the standard method are not necessarily refundable.

The refund is made using the same payment method as the one used when ordering, unless the customer expressly agrees to another method.

SLK SHOP may defer the refund until receipt of the goods or until the customer provides proof of shipment of the returned goods, the date chosen being the earlier of these events.

12. Exchanges

SLK SHOP does not offer direct exchanges.

If an item is not suitable, the customer may exercise their right of withdrawal under the conditions provided in these GTC.

After refund, the customer can place a new order on our shop to choose another item, another color, or another model, subject to availability.

13. Defective or non-conforming item

The provisions relating to the right of withdrawal do not limit the consumer's rights under legal guarantees.

If an item has a defect, is damaged, or is not in accordance with the order, the customer must contact SLK SHOP so that the situation can be examined.

When the legal guarantee of conformity is applicable, the seller is held to the obligations provided by regulations, particularly regarding bringing the product into conformity.

Costs related to the implementation of the legal guarantee of conformity are not borne by the consumer when it is applicable.

 

14. Legal guarantees

The customer benefits from the applicable legal guarantees, including:

• the legal guarantee of conformity;
• the legal guarantee against hidden defects.

These guarantees apply independently of the existence of any commercial guarantee.

To assert a guarantee, the customer can contact SLK SHOP by indicating their order number and describing the problem encountered.

Any reproduction, copying, modification, adaptation, distribution, publication, commercial use, or reuse of this content, in whole or in part, is prohibited without the prior written authorization of SLK SHOP.

Photographs and visuals present on the site may not be used by third parties to create, promote, or sell their own products or services, nor published on other sites, social networks, or commercial platforms without authorization.

Any unauthorized use may be subject to proceedings aimed at enforcing our rights.

 

19. Applicable law and disputes

These GTC are subject to French law.

In the event of difficulty, the customer is invited to contact SLK SHOP in order to seek an amicable solution as a priority.

Consumer rights concerning remedies provided for by regulations remain applicable.
